✨ Get to Know Kelli! ✨

Originally from Echuca, Kelli has made her way to the beautiful... North East and is now a valued member of both our Ovens & Kiewa Vets team here in Myrtleford and our sister clinic, Dr Paws, in Wangaratta. 💚

Kelli brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team and is always happiest when she's busy, kept on her toes and has plenty happening around her! She loves the variety that veterinary nursing brings and is someone who is always ready to jump in and help wherever she's needed.

Splitting her time between Myrtleford and Wangaratta, Kelli has quickly become a familiar and friendly face across both clinics. Her knowledge, practical skills and willingness to share what she knows make her a fantastic asset to both teams. 🐾

One of the things Kelli loves about veterinary nursing is that no two days are the same. From helping patients feel comfortable to supporting the vets, assisting clients and tackling whatever the day throws at her, she enjoys being right in the middle of the action!

We're incredibly lucky to have Kelli as part of our veterinary family and love having her as part of both the Ovens & Kiewa Vets and Dr Paws teams. 💚

We're looking forward to keeping Kelli busy, challenged and on her toes for many years to come! 🐶🐱🐴

Meet Roy! 🐴

We weren't actually on farm to see Roy —we were there to visit his ...horse mate. But Roy had other plans!

He wandered straight over to our work car, stuck his head in for a good snoop, and made sure we knew he was there. We think he was either checking for snacks... or politely suggesting it's time for a clean-up. 😂

Thanks for keeping us entertained, Roy! ❤️

✨ Meet the Greyhound – The Gentle ...Speedster! ✨🐾
Known for their sleek build and incredible speed, Greyhounds are surprisingly calm, affectionate, and gentle dogs. While they’re famous for racing, most Greyhounds are actually huge couch potatoes who love lounging around with their families. 🛋️❤️

🧠 Fun Fact: Greyhounds are one of the fastest dog breeds in the world and can reach speeds of up to 70 km/h! 🏃💨

Despite their athletic ability, Greyhounds are usually quiet, relaxed dogs that enjoy short bursts of exercise followed by long naps in a comfy spot. Their gentle and affectionate nature makes them wonderful companions for many households. 🐾

With their thin coats and lean bodies, Greyhounds can feel the cold easily and often love warm blankets and cozy beds. 🐶✨

Send us a photo of your Greyhound — whether they’re zooming around at full speed or snoozing upside down on the couch! 👇📸
