Toulla has been part of our team for 9 years,... with over 20 years of nursing experience — a strong and valued member of our clinic 💚

In the clinic, she is a calm, steady and highly experienced presence, bringing confidence and care to every patient she sees. She takes pride in her work and her dedication to keeping up with new policies and procedures shines through in everything she does. While also earning the title of our “anal gland queen” 👑 (a title she can absolutely keep to herself!)

Toulla has helped hand-raise many trainee nurses over the years, many of whom you’ll still see working in the clinic today. Our baby nurses are lucky to have such a role model — a true testament to her guidance and mentorship 🌱💚

Toulla has played a large role in the clinic’s running for many years, contributing her experience, knowledge, and steady support to help things run smoothly day to day 🐾✨

While outside the clinic, she enjoys her very full “menagerie” of animals — including 2 dogs, a cat, 3 horses, cows, chickens, and goats — plus her love (and slight obsession!) with plants 🌿🐾

🐾 Meet a New Face at Reception: Deb 🐾

You may have noticed a new face at the front ...desk lately — Deb 💚

Still getting her feet on the ground, Deb has been settling into clinic life really well and has already become a lovely addition to the team 🐶🐱✨

Between answering phones, helping clients, learning the ins and outs of the clinic, and trying to keep the front desk under control, she’s been taking everything in stride 📞💚

She’s also quickly developing a reputation in the clinic for her baking skills, going quietly head-to-head with Emily in what has become a very serious (and very beneficial) staff baking rivalry 🍰😂

We’re loving having Deb as part of the team and can’t wait to watch her continue to grow into the role ✨

Sweet boy Jack was in for his desexing and handled his castration like an absolute champ. Just look... at those eyes. ⭐🐶

A recent power outage gave us a great ...opportunity to scrub up and re-jog our memory on all things itchy skin 🐶✨

• Practical assessment of dermatology cases
• Treatment plans that are tailored to the patient
• Keeping pets comfortable and supported

It was a valuable chance for our senior vets to guide and support our new graduate vets, sharing clinical tips and refreshing key dermatology knowledge together.
